Our client - multinational vendor - is looking for Senior Key Account Manager (printing services).

Duties:

·         Plan and manage products, solutions and services sales within the assigned industry segments

·         Strong knowledge of top Russian customers in (Oil, Gaz, Commodities Governmental, Manufacturing)

·         Strong knowledge of customers structures, decision makers, influencers

·         Ability to liaise with business line, procurement and IT line at the customer level

·         Strong capability to manage the customer from end to end and become his advisor

·         Achieve sales targets

·         Drive sales efforts in new and existing accounts (ability to farm and chase new customers for mid and long term development)

·         Define new target accounts and develop them by the most suitable strategies in according to Company policy

·         Build/develop relationships with key end customers on different levels

·         Identify customer needs in the products and services offered by Company

·         Arrange necessary marketing and other pre-sales activities to get a customer loyalty

·         Work to identify the key areas of influence within accounts, identify the decision makers, and ensure they are aware of the benefits and business advantages presented by Company

·         Quote preparation including competitive analysis and negotiations with end customers, partners and Company pricing team

·         Partners involvement to support deals/projects with end customers

·         Control the timely placement of orders by partners

·         Forecasting of end customers demand according Company’s rules using CRM system

Requirements:

·         Proven successful account management in the assigned industry segments

·         Strong skills in active direct sales

·         7+ years of sales experience with proven achievement

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of large accounts

·         Experience in delivering IT products/printing solutions to corporate customers

·         Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

·         Excellent written communications skills

·         Spoken English (at least Upper-intermediate level)

·         Resilient

·         Entrepreneurship attitude withing corporate attitude
